Design and Project Management excellence is a crucial element of the Autoclaves Group philosophy. Our design team work closely with Royal Sunalliance to ensure that every autoclave system we design and manufacture is fully compliant and fully approved to meet current pressure vessel standards and legislation.

Both 2D and 3D CAD packages are utilised by our designers in order to fully prove out our designs prior to manufacture Where required FEA analysis can be adopted to highlight any potential issues with material fatigue, stressing, and load cycling for the major mechanical elements, such as the door mechanism.

For every autoclave system supplied by Autoclave Group, our Project Engineers create a full and detailed project plan, highlighting all key build elements and time-critical milestones. Regular update meetings are held with our customers, ensuring all involved are kept fully up to date with build progress.
